It’s cherry blossom season, so I paid a visit to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens recently to capture the ethereal and ephemeral beauty of the cherry blossom tree.  The black and white images are of Atticus Stannard and shot on Kodak TX400 film by the tree near his apartment.  It’s delightful to see NYC brightened up with these spring blooms are around the boroughs.

Into My Life Film x Bust Magazine

Had the wonderful pleasure of interviewing the directors of award-winning documentary short, Into My Life and meeting + photographing the subject of their film, the lovely Miss Cassandra Bromfield for Bust Magazine.

The film centers around Cassandra’s life and her late mother, M. Elaine who documented their lives on Super 8 throughout the 60’s and 70’s at Lindsay Park (one of the oldest and largest affordable housing coops in Brooklyn). It is truly an extraordinary story about women, created by women. ⁣
